Migrate to GitHub with Arkahna

Methodology… So how do we do this?

You want to be Agile, but don’t know how you should you do it? Or maybe you are running some Agile teams but now is the perfect time to align your processes while you look to align your tools. We get you up to speed on the different relevant toolsets and take a tour through the frameworks (including the scaled ones). Explore how Shuhari applies so you know what to expect now and in the future. The implications of different options. How to know when to customise a model safely.

Now how about some tools?

Once you are ready to start moving to GitHub we propose a multi-wave, tool-led migration from your existing DevOps tooling. Whether you use GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or any number of other repositories our methodology will help you get there. This is achieved through a series of discovery activities where Arkahna works with your team members to document and group the existing repositories into a series of migration waves. Once the grouping is completed and detailed requirements are established, an enterprise-scale GitHub landing Zone is configured. The Landing Zone is then used as the destination location of the migration process.
